Additionally, AUG’s leadership firmly believes surprises are for gameplay, not development. Every line of code written, every sound effect recorded, and every pixel drawn should have a reason behind it so we can hit our deadlines.
Our team is small, but mighty: and that’s the way we like it. We want to grow slowly & organically in order to not just throw money & people at problems. We want a team full of well-paid experts who know they can put their faith in every member of our team.
